About Maria Aquino

Maria is a proud REALTOR® with Circa Properties. She was inspired to enter real estate through her own homebuying experience with her husband—one that showed her firsthand what a truly great agent looks like: a patient listener, a strong advocate, and someone who always puts clients first.

Before transitioning into real estate, Maria built a career as a Registered Nurse in surgical services and also founded and operated a photobooth business. While different, both roles share a common thread: being present for people during some of life’s most meaningful moments. She carries that same commitment, attentiveness, and genuine investment into every buyer and seller she serves.

Maria approaches real estate with a people-first mindset, ensuring her clients feel genuinely supported rather than just another transaction. She meets each client with enthusiasm, warmth, and the belief that every journey is unique.

Outside of real estate, Maria enjoys reading, staying active outdoors and at the gym, and exploring local coffee shops. Above all, she values quality time with her husband and two boys, creating meaningful experiences together wherever they go.
