About Jessica Gilstrap

Jessica Gilstrap has been a full-time independent transaction coordinator since 2015, when she realized that real estate contracts and compliance were her passion. Licensed in CA since 2014, she has grown her TC business through referrals, and prides herself on her knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and disclosures. She also enjoys being an active part of the growing TC community, helping to lead the California Association of Transaction Coordinators as their Vice President, and educating the real estate community on how valuable a transaction coordinator can be. In her free time, she loves playing with her dachshunds and lounging in her hot tub!
