Growing up in the North Orange County area, James has been immersed in the local real estate scene since childhood. With his dad as a real estate agent, James learned the ropes of property ownership and management first hand. After graduating from high school, he took on a full-time position as a property manager for his family’s business.

In recent time, James had the privilege to serve on his neighborhood HOA board for 12 years, (including 4 as its president). During his time off, he enjoys golfing, snowboarding or relaxing with friends and family. He also remains active in his local church, volunteering in different capacities. He and his wife, Celeste have been married for over 25 years and they have 3 daughters.

Since 2006, James has owned and managed various real estate types and has enjoyed different aspects of the industry including: marketing and leasing vacancies, conducting property inspections, management, and contract negotiations. It was a natural step when he decided to become a real estate agent in 2018, taking his years of experience to assist others in reaching their real estate dreams. James’ knowledge, passion and customer first attitude uniquely lend to his ability to help others achieve their goals of ownership.
