About Alma Nieves

With 20 years of real estate experience, I’m passionate about helping buyers and sellers throughout Orange County and Riverside County make confident, informed decisions about their future.

I specialize in working with first-time homebuyers, returning clients, and real estate investors. My background in the mortgage and financial industry—including loan processing, loan origination, management, finance, and administration—allows me to bring a broader financial perspective to every real estate transaction.

For me, real estate has never been just about buying or selling a home. My priority is making sure my clients understand their options and have the information they need to make decisions that support their financial goals and long-term future. I value honesty, communication, and building relationships that last well beyond closing.

Outside of real estate, I help my husband with our family business and am a proud wife of 23 years and mom to two young men and a teenage daughter. My faith, family, and community are an important part of who I am. I love serving at my church, being involved in my community, and giving back whenever I can.
